Hubbard County Developmental Achievement Center Thanks Northern Tool + Equipment for Generous Gift

The Hubbard County Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) is thrilled to announce a generous gift from Northern Tool + Equipment — a 16-foot trailer filled with welders, plasma cutters, small engines, safety gear, and more. This incredible donation, made in partnership with the Northern Tool Foundation, will help us expand our welding program and launch a brand-new small engine class for our clients.
“Our mission is to provide high-quality, specialized services to persons with developmental disabilities and mental illness,” said Shannon Hoggarth, manager at The Depot in Park Rapids. “With this support, we can create even more opportunities for individuals to learn, build, and achieve.”
